Setting up your own custom loyalty program with Fresha is so simple.
In this lesson, I'll show you how to activate client loyalty for your business.
It only takes a few clicks, so let's get started.
Client loyalty is an optional paid feature, so you'll find it under add ons. Just select view to get started. You'll get a clear breakdown of the rates, where you can review your billing details and activate client loyalty. After activation, your loyalty program is not yet live until you complete the set up, giving you a chance to customize everything before it shows to your clients.
Client loyalty includes three main sections; points, tiers, and referrals. These can be used together or separately. You can adjust the settings for each feature you want to include in your program in detail. You can also customize what your program looks like for clients and add any important terms by accessing loyalty settings under Options.
Now that client loyalty is activated for your workspace. You can go on to build out the ultimate experience for your clients. You can choose exactly what you want and how clients use it.
