Timesheets are stored all in one place, making it easy to view all your team's attendance and specific details about their shifts.
In this lesson, I'll show you where you can find a record of your timesheets and how to make any adjustments if needed to manage these.
Just head to team and select timesheets. Any time a team member clocked into their shift, their timesheet will appear here, including the ones in progress and the completed ones. You can always use the filters or search bar to help locate a specific timesheet. Just click on the entry you want to review.
Everything is super straightforward, so let's take a look. You'll see everything laid out here, showing a timeline of when the team member clocked in, took breaks and clocked out. You'll also see their total paid hours worked here.
If you need to make any adjustments to what's been recorded on the timesheet, you can use the edit option. Just click on the actions here and then click Edit. You can update the shift start or end time or add and remove breaks. As an example, we'll extend the clock out time by one hour.
After saving, the timesheet will be updated instantly. This will also be reflected in your pay run and reports to help you keep track of any adjustment.
You'll always find a record in the timesheet activity here. If a team member forgot to clock out, there's no problem. You can do this on their behalf. Just open up a timesheet that's currently clocked in like this one and select clock out here.
And just like that, the timesheet is updated. Managing timesheets is really that simple. With Fresha, everything is made accessible for you to track worked hours, breaks, overtime and attendance all from one place.
