Plus, as soon as you pay your team, each team member gets notified right away about their pay. They receive an email showing exactly what they've been paid, with a detailed breakdown
of how it was calculated, for full transparency. This includes their wages, tips, commissions, and any adjustments you've made, like bonuses.
Viewing pay run history across all your team members is just as easy. Just head to pay runs
and use the date filter to view past pay periods like this. You can always click on an individual team member to view a detail breakdown of their pay.
Because the funds are transferred straight from your business wallet to team members, each transaction shows in your wallet activity here.
If you're looking to review combined pay run totals over time, these summaries are in your reports. For example, you can see everything paid in total to your team over the past three months. It's perfect for accounting and financial planning. Just head to reports select team and open the pay summary report. This shows each team members total pay across any date range you choose, as well as the combined total here. It shows exactly what they've earned in tips, wages and commission, plus any deductions or adjustments, all broken down line by line.
