Tracking hours accurately is key when it comes to paying your team. And that's where Fresha timesheets come in. Whether your team is working set shifts or flexible hours, everything gets automatically recorded for you. Goodbye to manual timesheets.
In this lesson, I'll give you an overview of how your team clocks in and out when using timesheets.
After enabling timesheets for team member, they'll get a reminder to clock in ten minutes before the start of their shift.
Here's how it looks for the team member. They can tap clock in just like this. Their shift time will immediately start tracking. Breaks are recorded in exactly the same way. Whether it's scheduled or unscheduled, your team can start and end all of their breaks with just the tap, and it'll all be logged automatically.
And when their shift comes to an end, they just hit clock out. This finalizes their timecard for the day.
Once clocked out, their full day, including hours worked and break times is saved in their timesheet history. It'll be visible to both you and the team member on the team member side. They'll just need to head to their profile, then select a timesheet to open one up.
So whether it's clocking in, managing breaks, or reviewing shifts, your team stays in the loop while you get accurate hours logged and ready for pay runs.
