Emily was brilliant.! She was professional, thorough and listened. She was so easy to get on with and made me feel comfortable. Not only did the lower back massage loosen my back but it was such a relief to move without pain. Emily followed up with an email with exercises to strengthen my lower back and glutes. I can't thank her enough. Emily is an absolute asset to the business. I'll definitely be back for maintenances sessions, as and when needed. Thanks again
