About

At Sweat Spa, your relaxation is the only thing on our mind. You can choose to spend all your sauna minutes inside our full spectrum infrared sauna or you can hop out when you feel ready and spend the remainder of your time just relaxing in the private room. We provide towels, water, electrolytes, makeup remover wipes and herbal tea. For your entertainment we have books, puzzles and our sauna has a bluetooth speaker for your favourite music or podcast. WE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 6/2/24 for maternity leave, reopening with limited hours in May 2024.
