Came for 1st appt for Genesis facial. Sophia was so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She explained fully the process & checked throughout the appointment that the laser wasn’t too hot. She also advised me on suggested facial regime and a Facebook page to follow for advice

Lucy gave me a super relaxing facial today. She talked me through how the machine works and what would work for my skin and went through the environ products for me also (which I fully intend to get in the new year) I felt very relaxed and comfortable 😌 thanks for giving me some quality time to myself

My skin felt refreshed, rejuvenated, and had a noticeable glow immediately after the session. The eyebrow wax was equally impressive - the process was quick, painless, and the results were flawless – my eyebrows have never looked better!
