It was indeed an awesome experience with the whole team. They were prompt with their response. All the reply and assistance I have got this far was really pleasant and much appreciated. They were prompt and helpful throughout my experience with the team. It was very nice dealing with them especially when customer needed honest advice. My brows was done by Senior artist Lily, she was gentle and professional. The result was what I wanted and the brows was so natural. I will surely recommend to my family and friends. I had a wonderful experience with Ms Bonnie, who did my nano lip blushing touch-up. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and meticulous throughout the entire procedure, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What I truly appreciate is her attention to detail and professionalism. She took her time to ensure the colour was evenly applied and the results looked natural and flattering. It was my first time doing my eyebrows, but nnstudio completely exceeded my expectations! I opted for the nanoblading brows, and the ultra-fine hair strokes look so soft and natural. The senior artist, Lily was super patient, took time to map out a shape that fit my face features, and walked me through the steps (plus the numbing cream helped a lot with the comfort!).
