A great experience. The costumer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in Singapore when I got my hair done and wasn’t satisfied they offered to redo it without me having to pay extra and I was very pleased with the final results. Great experience, phenomenal staff and great prices for the services.

Amy is very experienced and skilled. She’s very gently when trimming my thick cuticles and keep checking if she cutting too deep. She also suggested some good method to take care of my dry skins .. one of the very good manicurist at their Orchard branch. Had a great experience with Amy today.

im korean. As a Korean, I’ve been to many nail salons and luxury aesthetics places, but this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in Singapore. Very professional, systematic, detailed, and efficient. When doing two treatments, two therapists work together so the time is used very efficiently. I’m actually a very picky person, but the quality and retention were so good that I signed a package after just one session. Highly recommend 🤍 Also… the restroom is very clean 😂 Looking forward to trying more treatments here!

Ayumi was my stylist for today - welcome to Singapore! Thank you for being kind, patient and professional. Like the rest of the staff, there was no hard-selling and no small talk initiated (though i did so, of my own volition), which makes it a great environment for introverts like me.
