Was charged $65 for a Builder gel refill, it should’ve been $ 55. On top of that they look uneven.

Hi! We’re sorry for the confusion and to hear your nails look uneven. Your builder gel refill was $55, plus $5 for nail shape, bringing the subtotal to $60. With $4.20 in tax, your total was $64.20. We’d love the opportunity to take a look and correct any unevenness. Please contact us so we can arrange a time for you to come in! For clarification, oval, almond, coffin, and stiletto shapes have an additional $5 charge when reshaping is needed.
