I am a long time customer. I recently got my nails done and the lady convinced me to try ombre nails for my wedding. It wasn't the color I went in with the intention for my wedding, but I took her advice. I got home and decided it wasn't my vision. I went back to see if they could fix it to make it the color I originally wanted, but they told me I'd have to pay for the polish change. I was disappointed they didn't fix this for me on behalf of it being my wedding day.
