To prepare for your appointment - Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. EXFOLIATE THE AREAS BEING TREATED THOROUGHLY AT LEAST 24HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT Drink a min of 1.5 litres of water prior to your appointment, & then 1.5 litres after. A min of 2-3 litres of water per day going forward. Eat low carb, low sugar, low fat leading up to, & whilst on our program (basically follow the KETO food plan) Ensure you are able to exercise for a min of 30-40mins within 4-6hrs after each session. Then a min of 3x per week whilst on our program. Please note - WE DO NOT HAVE EFTPOS sorry, but there is an ATM across the road at IGA if you need (opposite Baker’s Delight) Please arrive at least 5 mins prior to your appointment time, & allow 48hrs notice for any changes to your appointment or we reserve the right to forfeit your deposit.
