Good massage however it didn't start until 10 mins into the 60 mins so was really only 50 mins.

Hilot is a traditional healing technique from the Philippines, incorporating massage. It relaxes stressed and tense muscles and joints throughout the body and uses banana leaves instead of usual hot stones. Hilot Wellness is good in restoring body balance and a good remedy for sore back, tensed muscles and improves blood circulation and overall body wellness and balance.
