Yesterday I went to my appointment at Tonic Beaute and had the most wonderful treatments. The massage was heavenly and my shoulders definitely feel more supple and less stiff. I had an Environ facial with Smita today. I have been going to Smita for years now, and I love the way my skin feels after my facial. A comfortable, warm, welcoming environment, and Smita is knowledgeable and professional. She introduced me to Environ which has made a world of difference to the quality of my skin. I love that she is always on top of the latest beauty trends and products and gives you honest advice.

WOW! The Valentines Day special is a ‘must do’! An hour of delicious relaxing body massage followed by a superb facial. I opted for an extra 30 minutes of reflexology too, resulting in two hours of true bliss! If you’re in need of a treat having gone back to work, this is for you. This is SUBLIME!

First time getting a facial and I didn’t know what to expect, but wow, what a relaxing experience! My skin feels amazing, and Brittaney did a fantastic job. She was incredibly informative, made me feel completely at ease, and her gentle touch (plus the shoulder massage!) nearly put me to sleep. I left feeling refreshed and glowing. I’ll definitely be back! :)

I’ve been going to Skintopia for the past five years, ever since their Commercial Bay days, and I’ve had the chance to experience many facialists over that time but Bianka is hands down the best. She just gets it right every single time. Her facial massages are incredible, and her touch is so calming and precise. I love that she’s not overly chatty and really lets me relax and make the most of my treatment. She’s never pushy about product sales either, which I really appreciate. Overall, Bianka is amazing easily the best at the Herne Bay branch!

Absolutely Great experience for a first timer. I had a 45 minute hydrating facial plus 45 minute foot reflexology and both were divine experiences. My professional was so just so lovely and welcoming and very thoughtful. The whole experience was a pleasure to enjoy. Definitely booking more of the same but first up is a “couples massage.” ☺️

Really great team, I got a haircut i really like, Renae listened and discussed it with me and I really appreciate it. Then the rest of the team took over and I had my eyebrows etc waxed and threaded, and finally a relaxing facial. My skin looks and feels wonderful. I'll be back soon to do it again
