Misato was absolutely amazing! She was so gentle, thorough, and attentive, taking her time to make sure my hair turned out perfectly. I’ve been getting Japanese hair straightening for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced this level of care and gentleness before. She paid attention to every detail, and I really appreciated how carefully she treated my hair throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
