Mesa pairs remedial massage with a calm, unhurried visit, with therapists adjusting pressure and focus to the areas that need attention. The Lymphatic Sculpt Massage leaves clients feeling lighter and relaxed, while the Sanctuary Sauna offers a private sauna session.

Leah was amazing! She made the space feel safe and calm! She took me through what to expect and why and then the treatment itself was incredible! Thank you! Can’t wait for next time
