The Lotus Rooms is a haven of tranquility, a perfect retreat in which to relax, unwind and begin the journey towards total well-being. To begin or end your time with us why not have a culinary recharge in our coffee lounge and enjoy one of the homemade delights with a drink. Situated on the Townfoot industrial estate Brampton.

I can’t recommend Mandy enough\! 💕 I went to see her for a unique massage to help with my hamstrings and legs, which i have been really struggling with due to ongoing back issues. From the moment I arrived, Mandy was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my problems and really tailored the treatment to what I needed. The massage was amazing and I could genuinely feel the difference afterwards. It’s so lovely to find someone who really knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about helping you feel better.
