In a world of constant stress and more pressures its paramount we take the time to relax. The team and I have created a haven of relaxation. I promise you whilst you're here you will have our full dedicated attention to help bring a little peace and harmony. The Lotus Rooms is a haven of tranquility, a perfect retreat in which to relax, unwind and begin the journey towards total well-being. To begin or end your time with us why not have a culinary recharge in our coffee lounge and enjoy one of the homemade delights with a drink. Situated on the Townfoot industrial estate Brampton.

Jazmine was lovely and welcoming . The massage almost had me asleep, it was so relaxing. My facial was just bliss, having both treatments together is a real treat. I would definitely recommend.

Emma went above and beyond, trying multiple techniques to help me with my chronic migrianes. Also after a fantastic treatment where I learnt a lot about eastern medicine. She gave me some fantastic advice. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family and anyone else in need of an addition/alternative to western medicine.
