My reflexology with Clare was so relaxing. I always enjoy being pampered and its my favourite treatment. When im relaxed and fall into a deep sleep, I know its a good session, which is how I felt. I also had ear seeding, purely for sleep issues. Although I didn't see much of an improvement, I'll try it again, as sometimes I feel I need more than one session. Thank you. Dami

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the ear seeds too. Some clients notice a real shift quickly, but with longer standing sleep issues the benefits of reflexology and auricular seeding often build gradually, so a few sessions can make more of a difference than one. Looking forward to seeing you for your ear seeding top up. X

A very relaxed atmosphere as soon as you arrive. Clare was also very calm and softly spoken, puts you at ease straight away! Especially when you suffer with generalised anxiety disorder like I do!! Loved the session, very informative and interesting. Will be returning soon for my next visit.
