Alana is always friendly, attentive and so personable. She just gets her customers - she can translate our gibberish into a great end product. She's helped me with maintenance issues, style/ looks, care tips etc. I love her approach and style - refreshing change from the all hard sell types at other salons (that I leave when they are more interested in selling me products than helping me with what I need). Highly recommend Alana to anyone!

I highly recommend Daniel at the Lok mechanic. He recently installed dreadlocks for my son, and the entire experience was fantastic. He was incredibly patient, professional, and took the time to ensure the sections were perfect and that my son was comfortable throughout the process. The results look amazing, and my son absolutely loves his new locks. We also appreciated the clear aftercare advice given to us and free first maintenance offered. If you’re looking for a skilled and welcoming locktician, look no further!

This is my first time seeing Beth, I have had my dreadlocks made and maintained else where, so I was a little nervous having another person look after them, but I am so glad I took the leap of faith today was lovely and I am looking forward to my next maintenance 😊😊
