As always, Shana made me feel like an absolute princess. She somehow managed to fit so much into a four-hour appointment, doing a full retwist and adding extensions without ever making it feel rushed. I was a bit nervous since I’m still recovering from a broken leg, but she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, shifting things around so I’d feel at home. That kind of care really means a lot.
My dreads have never looked cleaner, neater, or more natural. The extensions blended perfectly, I walked out feeling brand new and completely confident again.
