I’ve had facials before, but this was my first time coming to you guys and I’m genuinely so impressed 🤍 From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. Tharwah made me feel very comfortable and you can tell she really cares about her clients and her work. The facial was amazing, very gentle and detailed with no rush at all. I love Praha Spa and Salt Cave. Had the Signature facial with Nicole and she was absolutely amazing. Best facial ever. Then had a salt cave session which is always so relaxing. If you've never been - you're missing out. Five star experience each and every time. Give Nicole a try. You'll be glad you did!

My experience was wonderful! I got a facial done by Chloe Heaggans. Everything was sanitary, gentle, and relaxing. My skin looked so much better the next day. My redness and texture had gone down significantly. Chloe was welcoming, professional, and concerned about what I wanted to see different in my skin. Overall 10/10 experience and would 100% rebook any service with her!!!

I enjoyed a facial, body massage & pedicure. However I felt the services were rushed. Though every service flowed into each other, it was too quick. After the massage, I assumed I would have laid there for a bit but rather they started the pedicure immediately after. The pedicure was great, the lady was right to the touch it yet she cleaned my feet. With the pedi service J received a margarita & a slice of ice marbled cake. The staff are all courteous. I will recommend ZI & I will return.

The facial was incredibly relaxing—so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! 😴😂 What impressed me even more was that I could instantly see and feel a difference in my skin afterward. My skin looked refreshed, rejuvenated, and had such a beautiful glow. Beyond the facial itself, I absolutely love Jem's personality and professionalism. She communicates so well, makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience, and is genuinely kind and welcoming.
