I’d highly recommend booking in for a facial at Itae. It is so relaxing and hydrating, and the products genuinely feel like they’re absorbing into my skin, rather than just sitting on top with facials elsewhere! It is 100% worth the price and way way more!

I've been seeing Dailen for over two years for facials and other treatments, including deep cleansing, chemical peels, and microneedling, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. She's highly professional, continuously expands her knowledge, and always takes the time to provide personalized care without rushing. I have deep acne scars, and I've seen a real improvement since starting treatments with her. Her skincare recommendations are always thoughtful and tailored to my skin's needs. I went to see Sidrah for the first time and she was amazing!! The facial was incredible. My skin feels hydrated, glowing and squeaky clean. She’s very knowledgeable and the whole experience was 5 star.. definitely going back for more!

Jia xuen's always so gentle, almost fell asleep during cleansing and masking. Extractions were bearable to me and my face always feel sp clean after.

Avneet was amazing! I went for a deep cleansing facial and she did a great job. Very friendly, listened to my concerns, and explained each step of the facial clearly. The space was clean and inviting, and she also gave practical skincare routine advice. Will definitely be back!

I had an Aqua Peel facial here and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The treatment was relaxing, my skin felt incredibly clean and refreshed afterwards, and there was no redness or downtime. I had a deep cleansing acne facial with Kris and it was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. It was clear she really knew what she was doing — from the techniques she used to how she explained everything along the way. My skin has never looked this clear! I noticed a visible difference almost immediately, and I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommend Kris to anyone struggling with acne or just looking for a really effective, professional facial. Definitely will be back!

I had a facial with Eve last night, my face feels renewed, feels smooth and refreshed. I Also had Dermaplaning, I have never had this before, it was painless. Eve is very gentle and explained everything she was doing and is also very calm and professional. I felt very relaxed. Eve also pointed out a couple of things to me about my skin and reason why for example my skin was dry in areas. Location easy to get to, with easy parking. Treatment room is very clean, a beautiful calming environment and I loved listening to the calmness of outside, felt very relaxed. I will definitely book in again.

I had my first encounter with Trinity today. I scheduled an appointment for an initial consult with emphasis on getting rid of some pesky acne. Trinity is sweet, personable, and makes you feel relaxed while caring for your skin needs. She works well with you to formulate the best route to get you to your skin care results that you desire! She doesn’t push products onto you and makes suggestions based on what you currently have/what you’re willing to invest in. She does not rush your services and keeps your skin care goals at the utmost priority. 10/10 recommend Trinity for your facial needs.

She’s honestly the best esthetician I’ve ever been to! ❤️ I’ve had facials at several places before, but nothing really worked for my acne-prone skin. Natalie is so friendly and makes you feel instantly at home-relaxed and comfortable. It’s very obvious the depth of her knowledge and after years of flying back to Ireland for facials I’m finally relinquishing and putting myself in Natalies hands now. I feel like she knows exactly where we need to go and am hoping to get my post partum skin back on track in her wonderful hands. My husband even remarked how much brighter my skin looked after the last facial and we all know how much they notice!

I’ve been seeing Cerys now for well over a year, once a month for my facials. My skin is the best it’s been. Anything that I want to improve on or concerns I have are thoughtfully looked at and explained what treatment is best at the time.
