This was my first time at MasonWells and I can't wait to go back! I booked the Solo Escape and had the hydrotherapy lounge to myself for a full half hour (when they say cold pool they mean COLD!), it was perfect. Then we did mani/pedi and Maggie was fantastic! Great conversation and quality nail work. She also did my facial at the end of my visit and it was superb! I fell asleep it was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. Lori did my massage and I'm convinced she's magical. I definitely felt it while she was working all the knots out of my upper back, but now I feel superhuman. 10/10

The hydromassage was amazing. I found not only the pressure from the jets soothing, but the sound of water was wonderful as well. All in all, it was a very relaxing session and I'll go back again for it.

C'était top! Le bassin d’eau salée est très agréable l’ambiance est calme et tout est là pour vous détendre. Le massage lymphatique était extrêmement bien réalisé, le seul problème que je trouve ,c’est qu’il y ait une fin, merci encore!!!

Spa pequeño pero cuidado: 1 única piscina con zona de burbujas y zona de chorros de agua. Sauna seca y sauna húmeda-hammam (con luz demasiado potente. Estaría mejor con luz más suave o azul). 1 bañera de agua muy fría y ducha. Vestuario muy pequeño, con un mini-banco para sentarse (sólo para 2 personas máx). 4-5 personas dentro no caben bien. 1 WC. 3 duchas muy agradables y grandes. Yo no tenía taquilla libre (el personal del spa debería revisarlo), en el baño no había papel y dentro del vestuario eramos 5, no cabíamos bien, nos molestábamos para pasar. Muy estrecho&pequeño. Masaje muy bien.

I had a Swedish massage with Nina and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. She is very kind and skilled. I loved the spa itself as well with its house cardamom flavored water and hydrotherapy circuit featuring a red light therapy steam room, refreshing jet pool, and a rosemary and mint scented steam room. The exfoliating body scrub also had the rosemary mint scent I loved. Vianey from the front desk was also super sweet!! Highly recommend it!!!

Stunning 4 section pool with different seating and jets. Amazing hot and cold showers with beautiful steam room and sauna. The loungers are a perfect place to rest and relax when not in the water. The lighting just adds to the overall relaxing experience with a perfect atmosphere. The changing rooms are hygienic and spotless. The staff were so kind and helpful! A 10/10 experience, left feeling super relaxed.

Wonderful experience for baby, mother and granny. She loved her time in the water, and we loved watching her have the time of her life. Definitely worth it.

I would like to express my appreciation for the welcoming atmosphere of this establishment. Upon arrival, guests are kindly offered water and coffee. The technician, known as Lilly, was exceptionally helpful and thoroughly explained the process of each treatment she performed. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, which is a significant factor for me. Furthermore, the other young lady in the office, who provided information on the packages, was very attentive, cheerful, understanding, and patiently explained everything, proving to be very helpful. I would certainly. recommend.

Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere during my usage of your hydrotherapy spa preparing my body for my mirimiri with Ella May.

Always enjoy the hydro pool - would be good to see signage encouraging showers after sauna before entering pool - also a screen to protects seating from water spray

I’ve seen immense progress with my son since he has been attending hydro therapy. Harrison is very experienced with special needs and my son is very response to his sessions Harrison has a way of discovering what motivates my son. My son always leaves the session calmer, relaxed, less tensed and less anxious. I find the hydrotherapy helps my son’s cerebral palsy and his Autisitc needs.

Excelente servicio en depilación muy amables y ofrecen te o agua

Alexandra un 10 como profesional y como persona. Muy cariñosa, muy atenta. Me encanta volver siempre! El centro muy bien. Lo único que he notado el agua de la piscina fría y dentro del espacio spa también hacía frío. Todo lo demás un 10. Todo muy limpio.

Absolutely loved my experience at Kawakawa Spa in Hamilton. It was my very first hydrotherapy session and I left feeling so relaxed and cared for. The atmosphere was beautiful and the experience itself was amazing. The only small thing I would change is I wish the room lighting was a little dimmer for an even more calming vibe. Other than that, it was wonderful and I’ll definitely be back.

I visit often myself but today was for my daughter in law who really loved her session on the hydrotherapy bed.. it was a perfect relaxing escape as she has young babies at home.She also enjoyed some water and a coffee in the relaxation room afterwards. As always the staff are very helpful and friendly.. Highly recommended 🤩

My spa day was AMAZING. Beginning in the hydrotherapy room, I relaxed in the sauna. Nice and quiet with music in the background, A cocktail, cucumber, infused water, And the option of a whirlpool soak and ice cold swim (Which I wasn’t brave enough to do!) Jasmine Did an excellent job with a manicure and pedicure. I was happy to learn that she’s taking new clients, because for sure I’ll go back and see her. Shamus did an hour long deep tissue massage. What a treat! I left there so relaxed. Maggie worked magic on my face with an amazing facial. I’ll be scheduling a facial once a month with her

This was a wonderful spa. After two months of solo traveling my body needed some care. I had an excellent massage and a lovely soak in the salt water pool. I also had a Watsu reflexology treatment which was incredible. I felt very well cared for. I highly recommend this spa.

The only disappointing aspect of the weekly experience is the disabled showers. Last week the Basin was out of use. Previously the blower comes on when the water is required or the other way round. The shower seat and arms badly sag. The shelf is often missing. The Toilet unflushed. The condition is generally very shabby and in awful state of disrepair. Badly in need of refurbishment. The hydrotherapy session itself is excellent as always and well targeted for my condition. I always look forward to this.

Lovely spa - powerful water jets and hot soa/steam room - lovely helpful staff - will be back

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable au Spa Clément. Nous avions pris la formule avec le massage terrestre en duo et 50 minutes de bassin d'eau salé et nous avons vécu un moment de détente absolu. L'équipage est aux petits soins et à l'écoute, 2h de chouchoutage, ça nous a fait un bien fou! Et le cadre est magique! Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil et à très bientôt !

Superbe expérience chez Spa Clemens. Je suis enceinte de 8 mois et ce moment m'a fait relâcher les tensions et connecter avec mon bébé. Le massage flottant permet d'être dans le lâcher prise, de se laisser porter par l'eau et par les mains de fées de la professionnelle masseuse. Je recommande !

Lovely relaxing time today as a family. We used the hydrotherapy pool and had a generous hour. Then 3 of our group had treatments which were lovely. We are all feeling very chill. Was nice to be able to do this together. The robes were so fluffy and luxurious too.
