We booked an infrared sauna at the last minute and I’m so glad we did. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which set the tone straight away.
The room was private, comfortable, and had everything you’d need — thoughtful touches like toiletries, fresh water, and even a phone stand made it feel really well set up.
It was clean, calm, and genuinely relaxing… exactly what I needed. I left feeling completely refreshed and will definitely be back.
