Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Ruby is so lovely, my lashes are perfect and last so well. I have classics and they look and feel natural. Never had any issues during or after. Cosy comfortable bed to lie on which is great when you are lying down for so long.

Ruby was fantastic. Love my lashes and they have stayed put - not even had one fall out a week later. She is really friendly, professional and competes the lash set quickly but with great finesse. Would definitely recommend!

I can not recommend G enough, I struggle really bad with anxiety and for me it was a big step going to meet at her little beauty room! G is amazing she made me feel right at home & comfortable and advised around what my vision was to what would be good for me. Firstly I started doing my own cluster lashes and then booked in to do my eyebrows! Yesterday I had my top up for my eyebrows they are FABULOUS! Even (without my top up everyone would comment on my brows!) I can not thank G enough! G you really are amazing in what you do. I am very lucky to say you’re a friend! XxX

I went to Rachael for a full head of highlights and treatment, and she was amazing! She really took the time to understand the damage I had from previous bleach and made sure to be super gentle with my hair. The color turned out gorgeous — bright but still healthy-looking — and the treatment left my hair feeling so soft and smooth. Rachael was so friendly and easy to talk to, and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. Definitely my new go-to stylist!
