Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she consistently delivers results that are precise, natural, and tailored to me. I went to beautybox for Russian eyelash extensions. Sonya was very professional, she washed my eyelashes before application. She took her time and made sure i was happy with them. I was so happy that i booked me & my girls in for our wedding lashes before she had even finished my set.

Love my experience, love my eyelashes. Customer service was top notch. Sonya was very polite and professional. She took her time in making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Rather concerned but no need to be. Sarah was lovely and kept checking I was ok. The results are fabulous. She also put a little more arch in my eyebrows. Sarah was patient and put me at ease. I'm moving in next week so can keep getting treatments! 🤣. Sarah is also aways on hand for advice and aftercare ❤️

Listened closely to my worries and concerns, never had this treatment before. Was a little uncomfortable but with more numbing cream I was surprised when it was completed! End result exactly what I asked for! Was great to hear that if after two days anything I wasn't quite 100% with just could go back. I'm so pleased with the result. Thank you so much x

Second visit, same treatment as the first time, eyelash lift & brow lamination. Over the moon again, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. Kelly remembered I was due to attend a funeral after my first visit and asked about it. It’s a testiment to her character that she remembers these things. I can’t recommend enough.
