Today I had a session with sol massage. It is part of my self-care. When you go through something traumatic, you need to take care of yourself. A massage is one of the ways that I help myself. Julio is amazing. He listens and applies. Just what you need. When I left my session, I felt relaxed and definitely able to move more comfortably. I have already booked my next appointment.

Alex’s hands were just what I needed today. Calming, strong and relaxing! I was wound up! I did a 90 min massage with a body scrub after. Absolutely loved it and his energy. Hi is Smooth, polite and has me feeling very chill. Bravo Alex!

I've had several massages here and they're always very good. Appointments are easy to get and there's almost never a wait. If there is its very short. I haven't had a bad, or even a so so massage from any of the staff. I drive 20 min to get here, its worth it.

Had such a great experience here! My fiancé and I came for massages before and then this time around we came for facials since our wedding is a few weeks out. Felt so relaxed and everyone was so nice. We were treated with some really good iced tea at the end and they even gave us cute holiday keychains. Definitely will be back! The prices are also affordable.

WOW! I am FLOORED at how amazing my massage was! First off the place is clean and very homey. The ambiance is welcoming and so comforting. Jackie’s massages are absolutely the best! I had been suffering for days with occipital neuralgia and a stiff neck that I couldn’t even turn. Amazingly, after my very first session, I could move my neck again, and the nerve pain completely stopped. I was honestly so shocked! I brought my husband today. He’s always stressed from a heavy workload and sitting in front of a computer all day at the office. Now he could easily raise his arm, which he had trouble lifting before. Jackie is already famous among massage therapists in the New York and New Jersey area, and I highly, highly recommend her!!

After five years in the U.S. and visiting many massage studios, I can confidently say Samantha is the best massage therapist I’ve found here. She is kind, professional, highly experienced, and truly understands the body. It's rare to stumble upon a new gem, but that's just what happened when visited Monoma. I've been pushing my body and mind at an unsustainable pace, the chiropractor was no longer enough and I hadn't been sleeping. I relaxed for the first time in weeks during this massage and i actually slept thru the night that night. I need to make another appointment soon as this was the break to the cycle I needed. A 10 out of 10!

i went to inatural Spa on grand street near the grand street subway station the location is convenient , I had a great time. The massage was really good and applied just the right amount of pressure; not too hard and not too soft. The environment was clean, calm and soothing. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place..

It is great for chronic pain. Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. I will certainly keep coming as long as I am in New York. Thanks for helping me. Bhadra Shah.

I’ve been seeing Samantha for lymphatic drainage massages for the past three weeks, and I’ve had a wonderful experience. She is incredibly kind, gentle, and highly skilled at what she does. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, and I’ve already started noticing positive changes. Although Samantha doesn’t speak English, communication has been seamless because both her husband, who works at the front desk, and her assistant speak English. They’re always welcoming, friendly, and happy to answer any questions, making every visit easy and comfortable. The entire team is amazing!
