i went to inatural Spa on grand street near the grand street subway station the location is convenient , I had a great time. The massage was really good and applied just the right amount of pressure; not too hard and not too soft. The environment was clean, calm and soothing. The staff were very friendly. It is great for chronic pain. Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. Loved the head spa experience! Staff were friendly and skilled. Had a slight issue with my booking that was rectified quickly through Fresha (needed a partial refund due to a change in service). I would highly recommend REE Spa for the head spa experience.
