i went to inatural Spa on grand street near the grand street subway station the location is convenient , I had a great time. The massage was really good and applied just the right amount of pressure; not too hard and not too soft. The environment was clean, calm and soothing. The staff were very friendly. It is great for chronic pain. Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. Mark was great!! Very nice guy with a strong yet gentle touch. I booked an hour and a half massage with him and left feeling very relaxed and my muscles are grateful for Mark’s touch. The highlight of my experience was being a first time guest to him and his attention to detail…. My profile displayed I had a birthday coming up and I was greeted with a vegan cupcake! Mark is the man! Customer service at its finest.

It's rare to stumble upon a new gem, but that's just what happened when visited Monoma. I've been pushing my body and mind at an unsustainable pace, the chiropractor was no longer enough and I hadn't been sleeping. I relaxed for the first time in weeks during this massage and i actually slept thru the night that night. I need to make another appointment soon as this was the break to the cycle I needed. A 10 out of 10!
