my experience was great! My first time getting a facial and it was a wonderful experience! Carrie is amazing and so sweet. The ambiance in the spa is great! Love that you are the only one in there. Jackie’s massages are absolutely the best! I had been suffering for days with occipital neuralgia and a stiff neck that I couldn’t even turn. Amazingly, after my very first session, I could move my neck again, and the nerve pain completely stopped. I was honestly so shocked! I brought my husband today. He’s always stressed from a heavy workload and sitting in front of a computer all day at the office. Now he could easily raise his arm, which he had trouble lifting before. Jackie is already famous among massage therapists in the New York and New Jersey area, and I highly, highly recommend her!!

As I told Nina my esthetician, I had no words! The Signature East End Facial blew me away! I needed to get my neck muscles loosened up due to a fall I had. She did not only did that but also did a fantastic job with my facial. I am definitely making this a part of my routine. You must try this facial with Nina!! She is the best!.

It is great for chronic pain. Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. I will certainly keep coming as long as I am in New York. Thanks for helping me. Bhadra Shah.

Had such an amazing mg experience with Liliya today! This was my first facial, she walks you through every step and truly gives her best opinion on skincare treatments for your skin type. For a salon on fifth Avenue her prices are unbeatable and she has such a clean and welcoming space. She is also so sweet, professional and honest. I will definitely be coming back for more facials with her! 10/10 recommend!
