It is great for chronic pain. Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. It's rare to stumble upon a new gem, but that's just what happened when visited Monoma. I've been pushing my body and mind at an unsustainable pace, the chiropractor was no longer enough and I hadn't been sleeping. I relaxed for the first time in weeks during this massage and i actually slept thru the night that night. I need to make another appointment soon as this was the break to the cycle I needed. A 10 out of 10!
