Jamie was awesome. We went in for a teen facial, she was gentle but better than that, taught my teen how to best take care of her skin, maintaining her skin barrier, what products to use. She didn't push her own products but we did end up purchasing them. Loved the spa, clean, modern. We're so pleased that someone in Livingston Manor actually offers teen facials. Thanks Jamie! I've been seeing Dailen for over two years for facials and other treatments, including deep cleansing, chemical peels, and microneedling, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. She's highly professional, continuously expands her knowledge, and always takes the time to provide personalized care without rushing. I have deep acne scars, and I've seen a real improvement since starting treatments with her. Her skincare recommendations are always thoughtful and tailored to my skin's needs. Excellent service! I cannot wait to go back. Beautiful spa space, all private treatment rooms, very knowledgeable team eager to share their hair/scalp/skincare recommendations based on the latest research without any product sales pressure. I recently had a hair treatment/massage, and facial there, and the experience was incredible; my hair and skin have never felt better. Tia is wonderful and exceptionally talented. She is very intentional with her work, ensuring every part of the treatment has a purpose. She took the time to explain the process before the session and answered all of my questions throughout. I plan on becoming a regular client and will be referring my friends and family to her as well!

This was my first visit. I chose Raytillia's business because I prefer personal attention with a single operator. And I made the right choice! She is welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, listens, and is very caring. I had a basic pedicure and Raytillia addressed some minor toenail issues. I also had a state-of-the art facial skin scan to assess my needs. My Four-Layer facial included steam, multiple treatments applied and a mask. The business is located with its own entrance at her residence in a suburban development. Raytillia offers full privacy and an opportunity to fully relax.
