What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

From start to finish the treatment was great. The ladies are super sweet and helpful. I came in with a different service booked and they helped me choose the right one for my eye shape and desired look. I was comfortable the whole time and it was pretty quick. This was my first time with Saiana and she has the most gentle hands, it almost felt like therapy! We had a mini consultation right before starting and I showed her pictures of what I want and recommended something that perfectly took what I wanted and applied them to my eye shape and eyelash density. Lana did an amazing job on my lashes! She really knows what she’s doing and helped me pick the perfect length and shape for my eye shape and the look I wanted. She was super gentle, and the whole experience was very comfortable. I walked in on a rainy Monday morning without an appointment, and they were still able to fit me in, but I recommend making an appointment because I definitely just got lucky. I will absolutely be back!
