All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I had a wonderful and much needed Hydrafacial with Amy yesterday which was associated with a lovely shoulders, arms and hands massage while relaxing under the red light…and what a treat that was! I felt so relaxed and pumped and my skin has never looked so clean afterwards! Amy is highly knowledgeable and professional and the passion for her job transpires through the extensive choice of treatments she can offer to meet every skin needs and her “gold hands”. Excellent service, will definitely come back again the Luxury Pamper Package that included the luxury mani & pedi, luxury facial with steam, brow shape tint and lash tint and full body massage was just WOW!! I was soo relaxed throughout. Janet took care of my nails and Smita took care of my facial, massage and brow and lash treatments. It was a bargain for £250, I saved almost £90.
