went for a my first ever back wax (i was worried about the pain ) but it was minimal , i was given sound advice and looked after well we spoke to help my nervousness , i highly recommend the service , andrada was nothing but helpful checking things like the wax temperature how i was doing with the pain and keeping me update on the estimated time left , a great service , i will be back , much more relaxed this time

First time using Emily and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She did a fantastic job correcting a colour issue left by a previous hairdresser and really took the time to get it right. Emily is such a lovely lady, very friendly and complementary. I wanted something low maintenance and easily manageable, since becoming a mum I don't have much time to do my hair. I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrow micropigmentation done here. The staff was super friendly, and the studio was spotless. They took the time to map out the perfect shape for my face and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. My brows look flawless and so natural. 10/10 recommend

Marina is absolutely passionate and 100% around customers satisfaction, not been to a salon before that goes above and beyond, henna brows were perfectionally done, I've not had 1 brow for 2 years the hair had fallen out, the shape marina did was perfect for my face, and I was so happy seeing both brows equal now, I never leave reviews but honestly I was so impressed with professionalism and dedication from marina.
