I got a lash lift and brow lamination done by Amy, I really cannot express how relaxed she made me feel the moment I stepped into the salon. She was extremely kind and talked me through each step and what she was doing. I suffer with anxiety and I stopped going to get my brows done due to bad experiences I had in the past, I can safely safe I’ll be rebooking with Amy when I need to get them done again and would really recommend her to anyone who’s looking to get there lashes or brows done, especially if they have anxiety! Im so confident with Rosie..i let her decide whats best for me. Today went for a full colour, cut, treatment and blow. We thought of a colour - i was fine. Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

The eyebrow lady did a fab job very nice finish and shape on my eyebrows!! Anne Marie makes me feel a million dollars every time I leave that salon I have wonderful hair thanks to her!
