This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

Madison was very friendly and professional. She made sure my comfort was at the forefront of the experience. She also did a great job on giving my feet a glow up after months between pedicures. I would definitely go back to Smudge if I'm back in Ottawa and need my nails done.

Absolutely obsessed with this spa/salon! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Tammy is so friendly and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect! My nails come out flawless ever single time— amazing shape, smooth finish, and the designs are always exactly what I asked for or better! I’ve been seeing Kyle for a couple of years now and have had multiple appointments for piercings, upgrades, and jewelry changes. His studio is always 100% clean and he is hands down the most professional piercer I’ve ever met! Kyle is such a good human and makes every appointment comfortable and relaxed.
