Amazing, attentive service! Hands down the best nails I’ve gotten here in Ottawa. Katya was thorough and the manicure was super clean. I feel like I don’t even need to write this because if you know Doha you know she is the BEST brow artist and the SWEETEST human. She makes your appointment feel like a hang out session while still taking the time in the beginning of the appointment to really understand what your goal with your eyebrows are not just ready to thread and get you in and out. I’ll never cheat on my brow artist <3 if your not going to Doha for your brows what are you doing your missing out!

I've been looking for someone who does Henna eyebrow threading and I finally found her. She is incredibly talented. My eyebrows look great every time I go there. I get lots of compliments. Plus, her customer service is amazing. The Studio is cute and clean. I highly recommend her.

Doha is absolutely amazing! Her work is 10/10; her professionalism and customer service is phenomenal. I’ve been coming to Doha for over 4 years now and I refuse to let anyone else touch my brows. She had memorized my brows and knows exactly what to do Every time! she always checks and asks if I’m comfortable. She tells me to let her know if I’m ever in discomfort or pain. She’s very quick and soft as opposed to other brow lady’s I’ve experienced. She’s proud of her work and won’t let you leave until she is also satisfied. She’s a keeper :)

Absolutely obsessed with this spa/salon! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Tammy is so friendly and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect! My nails come out flawless ever single time— amazing shape, smooth finish, and the designs are always exactly what I asked for or better! She is super detail-oriented and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I’ve gotten so many compliments! This has been my go-to spot for years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve been seeing Kyle for a couple of years now and have had multiple appointments for piercings, upgrades, and jewelry changes. His studio is always 100% clean and he is hands down the most professional piercer I’ve ever met! Kyle is such a good human and makes every appointment comfortable and relaxed.
