This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

ShuShu's work is fabulous! Since I moved to Canada i.e. for past 3 years, I haven't had the courage to trust anyone with my eyebrows. I took a leap of faith with Shio Studio and ShuShu and I am so glad I did! I am very satisfied with the results. I had eyebrow threading & hybrid tinting done. She was very meticulous with eyebrow mapping making sure they are even and aligned. Her technique of eyebrow threading is almost painless. I wasn't expecting to survive the pain. My eyebrows turned out better than I imagined! I booked my next appointment on my way out :D Keep up the amazing work!!!

He helped me with a piercing done elsewhere and within a couple of days of swapping to his high quality jewelry, my irritation bump was gone! I even messaged him with a question for a friend who was having issues with a piercing done elsewhere and he took the time to respond and did so very promptly. He takes sanitation very seriously and offers great aftercare service. Will definitely be back to see him!

I am so so happy to have started getting my lashes done at Lasharchitectartistry!! I’ve always had issues with my eyes reacting to my lash extensions and Emily took the time to hear my concerns and address them. She was very willing to help me figure out why my eyes were reacting by trialing and error different things! She also always made sure I was comfortable while getting the service done including the application of the lash extensions and being comfortable while laying on the bed. A very cute studio and I would recommend to anyone looking to get their lashes done!
