We have been coming to Michelle for years. Her treatments are amazing. My favourite treatment is the Reflex-age which includes a head, neck and shoulder message with foot reflexology. Pure bliss. My mum has hand reflexology which she thoroughly recommends 💞

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I had a lovely appointment with Vicky who was very friendly and down-to-earth, which put me at ease right away. Have never had Reflexology before and wasn't sure how I would find it, but it was incredible relaxing and my feet felt like they were finally getting some relief. I will definitely be back!

We have been coming to Michelle for years and today was the first time in her new space. What can I say... WOW. The waiting area was absolutely stunning, as was the treatment room itself. I had the blissful back ritual and mum had a hand reflexology ritual and both of us came out feeling the most relaxed we have in a long time. My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

Mo is absolutely amazing. Goes out of her way to make you feel safe and comfortable. The treatment room is a cosy nook that makes you feel calm right from the start. She has absolutely magic hands - whether it's reflexology to help me manage all my issues, or Indian head to melt away weeks worth of stress. I received a gift voucher at Xmas having not heard of this little gem before. Such a lovely vibe, Louise was really friendly. Premises are really clean, super relaxing which is just what I needed in the middle of the school holidays. I booked in for the Halycon Ritual, which was amazing, especially loved the reflexology part of it. It was a boiling hot day so was grateful for the air con; the cold can of San pelligrino & bath salts to go home with was also a nice touch. Really high quality experience whilst being good value for money, will be returning in the future for more treatments.

I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. Louise is amazing, I had my first lymphatic massage and I fell asleep!! It was soft and slow. The room is so comfortable and her manner is excellent. I have previously had reflexology and a back/neck/shoulder massage too! I highly recommend. Louise is warm and welcoming and the whole experience is perfect. You even get a herbal tea to take with you.

I won a voucher in raffle for a treatment with lyndsey and was blown away with the service. She really cares about your wellbeing and asks how to best tailor her services to your needs. She doesn’t rush you and really listens to you. I had reflexology and a back massage and can highly recommend both. I left feeling great, very relaxed and can already feel a difference in my body. Her prices and reasonable and I will definitely be going back in the future to try some different treatments.
