We have been coming to Michelle for years. Her treatments are amazing. My favourite treatment is the Reflex-age which includes a head, neck and shoulder message with foot reflexology. Pure bliss. My mum has hand reflexology which she thoroughly recommends 💞

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

We have been coming to Michelle for years and today was the first time in her new space. What can I say... WOW. The waiting area was absolutely stunning, as was the treatment room itself. I had the blissful back ritual and mum had a hand reflexology ritual and both of us came out feeling the most relaxed we have in a long time. I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Michelle is such a kind and lovely person. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. Her home therapy room is beautifully designed and tranquil. I had never had reflexology before and I am totally hooked on it. I can’t recommend it enough. I started getting reflexology through my pregnancy but I will definitely continue to visit Michelle after the arrival of my little one. Can’t wait to enjoy many more treatments 💕

Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.
