Had a massage with Mild, her elbows are like knives, perfect for deep tissue massage. Every knot is gone. Mild was very professional, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Very knowledgeable on reflexology. Fully recommend, my rotary cuff was so tight and i didnt even realise. Mild relaxed it and i feel so nimble now. (Im 41) lol Thank you Mild!!!! Who is anything but Mild!

It was my first time visiting Leila’s beauty room & my first time having reflexology. The beauty room is lovely & comfortable & very relaxing. Leila was so nice & welcoming & talked me through the treatment asking if I had any questions. We chatted through my treatment but you can relax in silence if you prefer I’m just chatty. lol. My treatment was heavenly & Leila explained all the different ailments she could feel through my treatment which were very accurate, informative & interesting. I throughly enjoyed my experience & will be rebooking.

Caroline was very easy to chat with reflexology was good I have booked another session. Unfortunately as my feet were tender after a fall I could not have the full pressure on my feet . Chatting did not realise the time of the session went really quickly.

I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. My first treatment with Jo, and it is honestly up there with the best treatments I have had. The reflexology was absolutely amazing. Jo has such a natural way of working with the body, and you can tell her intent and passion for what she does shines through. I’ve been to Abbie a couple of times now for pregnancy reflexology and she’s been amazing every time. She’s so lovely, really knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely at ease. The whole experience is incredibly relaxing and I always leave feeling calmer and refreshed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her - I’ll definitely be back during and after my pregnancy

I enjoyed my reflexology session with Caroline. It lifted my mood, and I slept well that night, which was a real bonus given my trouble staying asleep. The treatment room is calming, and Caroline is lovely to talk with. She sensed that I was holding on to anger and made a suggestion which I followed up and it worked like a treat.
