Beautiful 90 mins fully body massage and reflexology. I was floating my way to bed that evening. Lovely little refresh to the treatment room and the shop was looking cosy and Christmasy! Anastasia was amazing as always! Xx

A much needed back, neck and shoulder massage. Helen is a wonderful practitioner who makes you feel at ease and relaxed. The massage was soothing whilst reducing the tension in my muscles. I will definitely be returning!

My daughter Chloe and myself have both had treatments with Sarah. I had Reflexology, a massage and Reiki and Chloe had a face and scalp massage and Reflexology. My daughter was amazed at Sarah’s magic touch and I felt like I was being scanned when Sarah did Reiki on me without her even touching me. Highly recommended by Us!

I enjoyed my reflexology session with Caroline. It lifted my mood, and I slept well that night, which was a real bonus given my trouble staying asleep. The treatment room is calming, and Caroline is lovely to talk with. She sensed that I was holding on to anger and made a suggestion which I followed up and it worked like a treat.

After a stressful few days , Caroline did reflexology this time, I can’t believe how relaxed I feel! Thank you again Caroline you absolutely have magic hands!!
