Always a great friendly service. The only negative this time was that because it was so hot, inside was very hot & the girls looked very hot. The fans they had did very little. Very surprised that there is no air conditioning. Shame for the girls.

My massage with Andrea was unbelievable! Andrea is super friendly, made me feel so at ease and did an amazing massage! I floated out of that room afterwards. She really got into my knots and relieved a lot of the tension I have been holding in my neck/shoulders. Would highly recommend and I will be back!

The massage was amazing! I came in with really severe neck, shoulder, and back pain—I could barely move my head. After the massage, the pain was completely gone. The relief was immediate and honestly such a huge difference. She’s so skilled and professional. She focused on all the right areas and made me feel comfortable the whole time. What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

A wonderful experience. I have had two appointments with Fern. My treatments were micro needling, micro blading and a hot stone massage. Fern is a very considerate therapist who listens to her clients. Her treatment room is beautiful, tranquil and calming. I would highly recommend a visit. I can’t wait to go back 🩷
