What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

Probably the best massage I’ve had. It’s not your typical tranquil and relaxing massage-well not if you suffer from severe chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. I felt that this place actually cares about their customers, and truly aims to solve the actual issue and truly relieve pain and discomfort. I left feeling so much lighter as well as knowing what is going on with my body. Personally for me my experience will be different to those who do not have any real issues and are looking for a great massage. You can definitely get that here and more.

Really positive experience with Kirstie, she came highly recommended and I can see why. She talked through what she was doing in detail and at all times I felt at ease and she was applying the right amount of pressure. I’ve had some massages in the past that have been really uncomfortable all throughout so this was a really refreshing experience and in a relaxing environment. She’s given me some advice on things to do and avoid after the session. Have already booked in next session and feel a bit better already - thank you!

This morning I had my first visit to the Beauty Lounge and it was a really great experience. I had a fantastic full body massage, I found it really relaxing and it helped relieve some knots in my back. I also had an SNS manicure which I am really pleased with. Will definitely be back.

I booked the glow up treatment (dermaplaning and microblading). Yasmin was very welcoming and friendly, she even had a little personalised sign as you walk into the room. She explained the steps throughout the treatment and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere was really calming and relaxing. I really enjoyed my visit and I can’t wait to see her again in a couple of weeks. The massage was so relaxing and I feel somewhat human again. Highly recommend to book your treatments with her. The unique combination of treatments was expertly delivered by Fern, who made me feel completely at ease. She relieved all the knots and tension that had built up in my back. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I was able to book a same day appointment which was ideal. Lovely atmosphere and close to home. My therapist was very skilled. Unfortunately, I have years of tension in my back, neck and shoulders.. so I felt every single knot being massaged out. A little sore now but it's to be expected. I will definitely visit again in the future.
