We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

The hot stone massage was amazing. Fern is so good at her technique. It was just what I needed after a really tiring holiday. She managed to use the stones and her hands on massage very well. This was the second time I booked through her. I have tried deep tissue massage as well. Needless to say that was amazing as well. She managed to get all the knots and tension points released with adequate amount of pressure and with a very reassuring method of tapping (this is my personal favourite) which makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her.

Lovely hot stone massage with Tanya. First time here, everyone was so professional and nice. Atmosphere lovely, clean rooms, really liked that the massage tables were spacious and comfortable. Will be booking back here for sure to try out some of the other treatments! Please bring in other options such as scalp/ head massages too as add ons!

This is a mixed review. The massage was amazing. I cannot fault the technique and the attention to detail which is why i'm giving 4. Entirely for the massage. On arrival, the welcome was warm. I didnt have to wait long to be served and I filled in forms and then shown to my room. Wrong masseuse confirmed, room okay, odd smell where you place your head. Towel filled with loads of hairs. No introduction to the massage. I would go back for the massage but the hygiene level was low. It didnt match the quality of the massage. If they fix appearance and cleanliness. This place would be top tier.

Rhonda was amazing as always. She really focused on my problem areas and applied the right amount of pressure. She always checks if the pressure is good. The rooms are always warm and I feel so comfortable. I will always come back here, the front of house staff are polite and kind. Great service throughout.

First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️

I had the 24K Gold Ultimate Winter Deluxe at Seasonal Glo’ and honestly it was the perfect self-care day. Every detail was spot on, the heated bed, the hot stones, the herbal tea, it all helped de-stress me so much. went to charnel for the first time and was such a lovely experience! she truly goes above and beyond for her clients - i was greeted warmly, offered a drink, and she made me very comfortable and adapted pressure for the massage to my liking. the studio itself was very cosy and everything was hygienic and smelt lovely, making it the perfect place to relax. at the end she even gave me a goodie bag which was such a nice touch! i would highly recommend her services and i will be back ❤️
