She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Dee is really helping my poor old runner's legs, she gets deep to undo the knotts and get rid of aches and pains. I totally recommend Dee if you need a deep tissue sports massage, but her 60 min relaxing hot stone full body is also a wonderful treatment A+++
