This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I've been using Lily's Lash for just over 2 years now- Zulpha for lashes and Tharwaa for my facials and Laser. They are basically responsible for making me look beautiful. The attention to detail, professionalism and skill is unmatched. They are both kind and accommodating especially with my unpredictable work schedule. I get so many compliments for my lashes and face - I will not go anywhere else and believe me I've been to MANY places! Keep Shining Ladies ...You reap what you sow .

I really enjoyed my facial with Avryl. She was warm, friendly and my skin felt lovely afterwards. My only reason for giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that I would have appreciated a little more explanation of the treatments being performed. The description mentions dermaplaning, but I don't believe this was done, and when I asked for clarification afterwards I unfortunately didn't receive an answer. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily return.

I just had my 3rd Hollywood and underarm waxing session with Megan at Grace Aesthetics, and I can’t recommend her enough! Intimate waxing isn't the most pleasant procedure, but Megan makes me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and at ease right from the moment I walk in. She is highly skilled, thorough, as gentle as it gets and just a wonderful person. The results are always flawless, and her studio is always nice to be in🌻

Had a fabulous head, neck and back massage as well as a dermaplaning facial (my fave) from Mushfiekah! I was confortable at all times, she focussed exactly where I required it, after enquring, and kept checking if I was okay with the pressure. I'm not surprised, my experiences has always found Mushfiekah attentive and client- focussed. Seriously, if you need to pamper yourself, book with Mushfiekah!

There's this trick that Jo does, for fanny wax she pulls & then puts her hand on that spot. The touch sensation goes faster to the brain than pain signal. This significantly reduces pain. Jo has always Done that, I went to a pain clinic & the neurologist taught us that to help deal with chronic pain. Such a simple thing - why kiss it better works. 💚 I was not uncomfortable at all, you were super efficient & good company.

Leilah made me feel super comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was warm, calming, and so relaxing, which made the whole experience even better.
