Mel is absolutely fantastic at eyebrow threading! She is always so accommodating and makes every appointment such a pleasant experience. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she's also warm, friendly, and always up for a good laugh, which instantly puts you at ease. Before you know it, the treatment is done and your brows look amazing. I had a brow threading and a Lash Lift & Tint with Kaneesha. She has magic fingers. She is very gentle and explains very well what she is doing. The salon is also wonderful, with a very calm and soothing atmosphere. Everybody there is great. I highly recommend it to anybody who likes being pampered and appreciates professionalism. This is from now on my go-to beauty salon.

The experience was great with Janine who did my threading today, she was very gentle, thorough and patient. However I booked an appointment online for yesterday and when i got there was told that the threading lady was not in, as my car is in the garage i had to pay an uber to get there. The lady at the reception told me they tried to get a hold of me, i am on your watsapp communication and had no communication. please ensure that the online appointment booking rejects an appointment if the therapist is not there.

Angie is incredibly talented and artistic. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and was so kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. I was greeted with a huge smile from all the team members and they immediately made me feel comfortable. Mathapelo did my dermaplaning, threading and facial and she was absolutely amazing!
