I’m not sure who looks forward to my appointments more, me or my skin!!! After 6 weeks without an appointment, my skin was dull and my make up free confidence had dulled as well! After my microneedling and dermaplane, my skin is glowing and I feel so much better and much more confident. Appointments with Sarah are always what you need them to be - it’s so nice to have a therapist who wants you to achieve your skin goals, and doesn’t recommend treatments that won’t get you there! I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend
