Zoe came in for her loyalty check and it was an amazing process even understanding her hair type and texture. Teens and tots have definitely leveled up to help families in taking of our Afro hair. It may be 4 years old this year but to us it has become one of the beacons in helping care for afro texture hair. Well done Annie and team for today's appointment.

Grace did an excellent job unplaiting my braids with no pulling or pain. She was quick and efficient. I love that this service is available to be done in my home. I was able to get some work done on my laptop while having my braids removed and all in the comfort of my own home!

I had such a wonderful experience at the salon. It was my first time they are definitely very experienced. I’ve had such a bad experience with hair salons in Cape town when it comes to natural hair, but from the moment I sat down here I knew I was in good hands. They treated my crown with so much care. I would recommend to anybody!

I had a braid wash today and it was done professionally. Phelo my hairstylist was careful and gentle during the process and I also can see my hair is looking refreshed with hardly any breakage. The hairstyle she did afterwards was a sweet and beautiful bonus that has left me feeling beautiful.

From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered. Not only was I offered wine and WiFi (which immediately earned bonus points 😭🍷📶), but the service itself was exceptional. I had a hot oil treatment done, and the stylist was incredibly gentle with my scalp throughout the entire process. As someone who appreciates a tender touch, that made such a difference. There was no unnecessary pulling or discomfort; just care, patience, and professionalism. My hair turned out absolutely beautiful, exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work.

Excellent service always! The team’s ability to work with natural hair without pulling and making one suffer for beauty is really amazing! I fall asleep every time they touch my hair no matter which hairstyle I do (including braids) or which hair stylist does my hair! I also like that they don’t use dryers to dry natural hair allowing the hair to air dry just like the good old days! I really hope and pray that they last in CT. I don’t see myself doing my hair at any other salon after the Nubian hair experience! Thanks to the entire team for a great service and painless hair journey! Miss J
